Since moving to Bristol in 2015 I've found myself responding to the colours, textures and shapes of the city. Many of my pieces have developed organically from a patchwork of memories and sketches done on the spot at local places. Others are more fantastical and are not intentionally representative of Bristol or any other city, but nevertheless are very much influenced by the urban environment I find myself in.

Below you'll find a few interpretations of local green spaces near me - The Narroways Nature Reserve and Ashley Vale Allotments, as well as street scenes based on Montpelier, the Gloucester Road and other Bristol areas. There are also cities, facades and a "cathedradoodle" born from observation, imagination and experimentation.
